Webdigitronix softlabs Pvt. Ltd. offers tailored IT and software solutions, which include, but are not limited to:
- Cloud Computing Services
- IT Software Consultation Services
Due to the personalized and project-specific nature of our offerings, refunds are restricted and governed by certain criteria.
Advance Payments and Project Start
A portion of any early payment goes toward organizing the project, collecting necessary details, assigning personnel, followed by beginning core work.
If work has started, prepaid amounts cannot be returned - unless written terms state an exception.
Eligibility for Refunds
Under specific conditions, refunds could be reviewed. Circumstances must align with stated criteria. Evaluation occurs solely when requirements are fully met. Consideration follows documented situations exclusively. Approval depends on adherence to outlined provisions
- At present, work remains inactive, with resource assignment still pending. Completion awaits initial steps that have not occurred.
- Cancellation must be documented if received on time.
- A clear description of repayment terms appears within the documented arrangement, formally agreed upon by all parties involved.
All refund requests will undergo internal assessment and require approval from Webdigitronix management.
Services Excluded from Refunds
Refunds will not be issued under these conditions:
- Custom-developed software, applications, or solutions.
- Completed project milestones or modules delivered.
- Consultancy, planning, or advisory services that have already been provided.
- Delays resulting from insufficient client communication, approvals, or content.
- Change of mind or alterations in business requirements post-project initiation.
Projects with Milestones
For projects carried out based on milestones:
- Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if considered, will only be assessed for uninitiated future milestones.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our official contact address.
Upon cancellation, all work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly. Any remaining balance or eligibility for refunds will be determined after project evaluation.
Refund Processing
Awaiting approval, refunds take seven to fourteen working days. Processing begins once authorization is confirmed. Duration may extend slightly under exceptional review conditions.
Whenever feasible, repayment occurs through the initial transaction channel. Payment returns follow the mode first used, if applicable. The way money was sent determines how it comes back, when allowed.
Fees tied to transactions, tax amounts, or payment processing costs cannot be returned when charged.
Tools and services from external providers
Refunds involving external tools obtained through Webdigitronix fall outside its responsibility. Responsibility does not extend to licenses arranged for clients. Hosting services sourced externally carry no refund obligation for Webdigitronix. When APIs are involved, financial reversals are beyond its control. Software subscriptions managed on a client’s request exclude liability for repayment.
Refund processing for these services is governed by the policies of the associated third-party provider.
Dispute Resolution
If disagreements arise about repayments:
Resolution will be pursued via open dialogue, provided both sides act with honesty. When talks begin, mutual effort shapes the path forward. Good intentions guide each step taken together.
In cases where disagreements remain settled, application of Indian legal principles applies. Where such matters proceed, authority rests within India's court system.
